hi there peeps

well its been a long time since i was on here maybe 3 weeks , and i have fallen off and on this last 3 weeks bu i still haven't eatin any cows or chickens ,,, and i did have dairy ! BUT i do still feel much better than this time last year so that's a good thing ,,,, been pumping up the exercise too so that is helping ,,, Ryan is home soon so super excited about that  , Monterrey for mini diva party this weekend will post photo of the party nest week , Halloween  was great , and i haven't not touched ! piece of that crap USA candy ,its so shit it is so bad i wish everyone could skip the candy and do something different ,,,oh well i know the kids love love  it , so cant be too crazy over it ,,, I'm spoilt i had Australian chocolate all my life , Nothing compares i guess
