Day 9

Can it be day 9 already

 found a great shop near me called harvest house , this place has EVERYTHING  i need to stay on track
i couldn't believe i had one IN this town

breakfast
 wholemeal waffles toasted
with vegan cream cheese
strawberry's
blueberries

lunch (SO YUMMY)

cut up tofu into cubes
tomato's
cucumber
2 handfuls  spinach leaves
1/2 CUP BROWN RICE
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon ginger syrup
olive oil
balsamic vinger

slices of picked ginger  tossed threw it !

snack
almonds  green tea

homee made red pepper hummus ( so easy)
sweet potato natural tortilla strips

dinner  um repeat lunch i  think was so good !!

feeling great
