Today was the first time since i started this that i truly realised how great i was feeling when i sat down with Canon at 1pm in the afternoon and read him a story .... i know what your thinking whats so strange about that ,But if you really knew me you would know that i never ever sit down and just do nothing I'm always so hyper that i start stuff up just to make a mess. Like i start a new project even though i have 3 or 4 going on already , so for me this was a happy day to sit with my baby boy in the middle of the afternoon and just chill with our apples on the couch , no TV just me my baby boy and books !
1 breakfast was wheatbix ( wholewheat )
vegan butter
super fruits strawberry jam ( no sugar )
apple
green tea 20 oz ( using my old coffee wawa mug , feels like im drinking my coffee)
lunch was hummus with whole wheat crackers ( no sugar no salt )
2 slices of my rice bread ( made with fresh juice no dairy gluten free)
vegan cream cheese
spinch
fig jam !! (YUM)
this sandwich was salty yet sweet and really filling
DINNER
goin to the markets to get veg and fruit , they have this whole wheat flat bread vendor who makes vegan spreads to put on them I'm going to get one of those ( Lebanese style )_
Awwwwe I bet the kids are glad you started looking after yourself better too, especially Canon today. So proud of you xox
ReplyDeleteSome of the food I am doing on the 12WBT is bloody awesome Trish I wish I had of found it years ago. Who would have thought that good food could taste so darn good. I feel awesome (tired though from my workouts) so I know what you mean. I'm still struggling for time but it will come with time as I get more consisitant with my days.
